Veterinary Diet for Cats with Food Intolerance or Food Allergy
Small Allergen Size
Hydrolysed soy protein is highly digestible and contains extremely small allergen particles, helping the immune system not to recognise them and therefore reducing the likelihood of allergic reactions.
Skin Support
Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids help support digestion and maintain healthy skin. They also support the skin’s natural protective barrier.
Highly Digestible
Easily digestible proteins and carbohydrates. Added fibre and prebiotics support a healthy balance of the intestinal microbiota.
Recommended for: Food allergy with skin and/or digestive symptoms, Atopic dermatitis in cats (FAD), Chronic diarrhoea, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI), Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth
Note: When used to diagnose food intolerance or as an elimination diet, feed only the Hypoallergenic diet—no treats or other foods—for 8–12 weeks to achieve the desired result. If symptoms improve within 3 weeks, continue feeding this diet. If your cat still shows signs of digestive problems or intolerance after 3 weeks, contact your veterinarian.
